If you’re interested in one of our listed properties, contact us or apply online. We’ll get you to complete our application form and supply references, employment details and rental history. Then we’ll set up a viewing appointment so we can take you for a good look through your prospective new home.
Have We Got the Home For You
Found the right property for you? Great. We will process your application for the property, including checking references and credit background. We’ll confirm your employment, rent payment and tenancy history and check your details against a national database.
Your application will then be passed on to the property owner who makes the final decision on new tenants for their property.
When your application is accepted, we will explain your tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement is a legally binding document, so we want you to understand it before signing, and be clear on who does what once you have moved in.
Residential Tenancy Agreements
There are two types of residential tenancy agreements: Periodic Tenancy, which is an agreement for an indefinite period until it is lawfully terminated by either party or by the residential tenancies tribunal; or Fixed-Term Tenancy, in which a specific time period is agreed upon at the beginning of the tenancy (usually six or twelve months). The duration of the tenancy is guaranteed for you, but you are also legally responsible for the rent until the end of the tenancy.

The Key To The Door
Now you’re all set to move in to your new home and we can hand over the keys. On the day your tenancy begins, we will meet you at the property to give you the keys and run you through how everything to do with the property works.
Support & Maintenance
You’re renting with us, you’re a valued client. Sometimes things break or just wear out. If your home needs attention, contact us with a maintenance request and we’ll organise repairs smartly. We have our great team of trusted tradespeople for all maintenance issues, and we follow up on all legal tenancy obligations and tenant feedback. If the issue is urgent or causing damage, call us right away. We have an after-hours service for emergencies.
At the beginning of the tenancy you will receive a copy of the Property Condition Report. This records the condition of the property and any contents prior to your arrival. We will touch base with you one month after you move in, and then complete regular inspections of your property every three to four months. We will give you at least a 48 hours notice before any inspection.
